How to add upvotes on behalf of users

You might want to add upvotes on behalf of your users whenever you receive a request that is already logged in the form of an idea in your board.

This will usually happen via support channels and calls.

To upvote on behalf of your users, open the idea for which you would like to add the upvote, then on the bottom right area of the screen you will find the following option:

You can provide the name of your user and his email (optional), then click "Add vote" to upvote the idea on his behalf.

IMPORTANT! If you add an email address for the upvote, an account will be created and the user will get notified about updates to the status of the idea that was upvoted.
